Set to open 12 September 2017, The Radisson Red V&A Waterfront is a brand new 4 star and did I mention funky hotel situated in the hot new Silo Precinct of the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. With commanding views of Table Mountain and a magnificent location, The Radisson Red is set to become the hotel flavour for visitors looking for good value and convenience in a trendy new wrapper. The hotel boasts 252 Studios, a bar and a roof top swimming pool. It is within easy walking distance of the main Victoria Wharf shopping area and the Robben Island Museum, Ripley’s Believe it Or Not, Clock Tower and a multitude of fine restaurants are a mere stone’s throw away

A special note:

Views are distinctly different, so make sure you decide what is important to you before choosing your room type. Entry level rooms / non mountain facing look straight onto an office block, whereas mountain rooms have views of iconic Table Mountain, the working harbour and the city. In our opinion, pay the extra! And for the ultimate, upgrade to a mountain view suite with balcony. You might not leave the hotel! Oh and don’t forget, the hotel is pet friendly.

Tucked in the heart of the V&A Waterfont, the Radisson Red hotel is situated in the hot new Silo Precinct of the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. Surely Cape Town is one of the world’s most beautifully situated cities: sparkling beneath the iconic silhouette of Table Mountain. It’s South Africa at its most cosmopolitan – a head rush of disparate cultures, colours and – yes, chaos. But it’s always welcoming, and always ready to show you a good time. From its spruced up waterfront and frenetic downtown to the roads that lead, inevitably to mountain, sea, rugged headlands and fertile valleys, Cape Town is a city that beats to its own, unique rhythms.

The V&A Waterfront is one of Cape Town's biggest tourist attractions, the Waterfront evokes images of the early activities of the harbour. Much of its charm lies in the fact that this busy commercial harbour is set in the midst of a huge entertainment venue with pubs, restaurants, specialty shops, craft markets, theatres and movies.
