An excellent service that met my expectations stay in Cape Town. The agent was so good and patient when I mentioned that I'm Deaf. She always advises and communicates with me via WhatsApp and email. My parents visited Cape Town about two to three weeks ago and had an absolutely amazing time! They raved about the stunning scenery, the welcoming people, and the incredible food. Everything about their experience—from the accommodation to the activities—was top-notch. I just want to appreciate the excellent service i have been constantly receiving form Mycapetownstay, since 2018 when I had my first cruise with my colleagues. Thembile has afforded us an amazing experience. We went back again in 2019 with my family, and all the issues we had, adding drink packages, the system incorrectly putting in our passport numbers, he still amended that information for us without complaining. Even in 2021 when we booked last minute to Cape Town, he was there for us and all our documents were as if he had the whole month planning it. He has earned our trust, since we see the dedication and commitment he has for his work. He just never complains, takes his time after hours to sort us out, and for that he really deserves a 10* rating. Now we've changed just a week before our Cape Town trip due to high flight fares, and he has swiftly secured us accommodation on the dates we asked for without having to complain or read us policies. For that we are eternally grateful to experience such quality service.

Good afternoon My Cape Town Stay,
My holidays were from the 22-27 March 2023... My package was a 6 days package, with all expenses paid hotel and attractions.
We found the driver at airport, with a very clean shuttle, a very friendly old man with heart warming smile. Thank you.
The hotel, Holiday Inn was neat, always ready to assist, the breakfast was to the point i was really satisfied. Thank you.
The attractions, my forever punctual hop on- hop off bus, what a beautiful and also friendly drivers everyday. Indeed the attractions were fully paid for as indicated in your manual, i didn’t even go to all of them but i was 100% satisfied
Saturday and Sundays were my shopping days...ohhh My driver, another old man, clean different car, always on time, with lots of funny stories, always punctual and willing to wait for me when finishing up my shopping, he even told me that he is 64 years, God grant him more years....thank you.
Monday at 8:25am we departed, with a different car and driver, just like 2 old guys, the clean car, God fearing man, always giving us the blessings and wishing us a safe trip and hopeful to see us soon...Impressive.
In General, you guys a professional, my holidays were to the point, i have no complains, i highly recommend you 500%....Thank you so much, Thank you...keep well.

I don’t know where to start
My Cape Town stay really made our vacations. The three night we spend there was very exciting. Fountain Hotel they booked for us had excellent hospitality towards us and the stuff was very friendly.
Not to mention city sightseeing bus tour around the city to wine tasting and outside city to Table Mountain. The cable car though it was very scary but we really enjoyed ourselves.
We cannot thank you enough. We had so much fun
