Detailed Itinerary:​
Day 1
  • On arrival at the Cape Town International Airport a representative from our company will meet you in the arrivals hall and transfer you to the hotel
  • Check-in (from 14h00) at Holiday Inn Express Cape Town Hotel​ (or similar) in a standard room with en-suite facilities
  • The rest of the day can be spent at leisure
  • Overnight at the hotel in a standard room with en-suite facilities 

​Day 2
  • Breakfast at leisure
  • Enjoy a city sightseeing tour bus - Takes you to over 50 of Cape Town's leading attractions including Groot Constantia Wine Estate, the oldest & most historic wine farm in South Africa.
  • The moment you enter Groot Constantia wine estate you’ll realise you’re in for a unique experience. This is the South Africa’s oldest wine producing estate, established by Simon van der Stel in 1685, and it is a certified national monument. What awaits you is a captivating culmination of South African heritage, delectable dining at two restaurants, a museum, art gallery, and, of course, an award-winning selection of wines, all available for tasting. Groot Constantia visit includes the estate, the museum, the historical cellar, and a complete wine tasting experience.
  • Continue with your city sightseeing tour bus which takes you to other Cape Town's leading attractions
  • At the V&A Waterfront (you have the day at your own leisure so you can explore the shops and restaurants.)
  • Collect your boarding pass for your cruise.
  • 16h00 Depart for your 60-min Champagne Cruise – cruise slowly along the Atlantic seaboard across Table Bay towards Milnerton lighthouse and return. Toast Table Mountain from the deck of a luxury vessel with a complimentary glass of local sparkling wine.
  • The boat returns to the V&A Waterfront at approximately 17h00.
  • Make your way back to the hotel in the late afternoon.
  • Overnight at the hotel in a standard room with en-suite facilities

Day 3
  • Breakfast at leisure
  • You will be transported from Cape Town to Franschhoek for your wine tram explorer tour.
  • Enjoy a tram tour visiting a selection of wine estates showcasing a separate part of the Franschhoek Valley. Includes a narration focusing on the history of Franschhoek and wine cultivation in the valley. Breath-taking scenery, warm hospitality, world-class cuisine and fine wines: These are the hallmarks of the beautiful Franschhoek Valley in the heart of the Cape Winelands.
  • The Franschhoek Wine Tram hop-on hop-off tour is one of the best ways to discover the true essence of the Franschhoek Valley – picturesque vineyards, breath-taking scenery, warm hospitality, world-class cuisine, fine wines and a 300-year history. You’ll be transported around your selected line’s loop of stops on a combination of double-decker tram and open-air tram-bus, allowing you to disembark when you like.
  • After the tour you will be drop off back in Cape Town at the V&A Waterfront at approximately 17h45.
  • Enjoy leisure time at the V&A Waterfront (you have the time at your leisure, so you can explore the shops, bars, and restaurants.)
