Begin your day with a pickup at your central Cape Town hotel in an air-conditioned coach, and travel in comfort to the private and malaria-free Aquila Game Reserve about 2 hours away in the midst of the southern Karoo semi-desert region. Arrival at 09h00, welcome drinks, buffet breakfast, 2.5-hour game drive, buffet lunch, enjoy the Aquila Private Game Reserve premises with time at leisure and depart for Cape Town at 16h00.

The 2.5-hour safari is led by an experienced guide who will share exciting inside stories and facts about your surroundings, easily rousing your inner wild side. All safaris are conducted in open safari vehicles.

At the end of a 2.5-hour safari drive, return for lunch (included) and then meet up with your host once again for the drive back to Cape Town. Return to the city by late afternoon. Our scheduled transfer leaves Aquila at 16h00.

• 10h15: Game drive (2 - 3 hour traditional Big 5 game drive)

• No Shows: 100% of full amount payable
• Cancellations within 0 – 14 days of date of arrival: 100% payable
• Cancellations within 15 or more of date of arrival: 50% of full amount payable
• No refunds for late check-in / arrival or early check-out.
• No refunds for services not used.

Child policy: 

• All children 12 years and older will be charged the adult fare
• Children between age 4 - 11 years will be charged 50% of the adult price
• Children under age 4 – no charge
