There are suites ideally suited to families, with room for an extra bed; suites perfect for business travellers needing a comfortable, well-equipped base in Cape Town or for single travellers requiring a secure and friendly atmosphere.
For special occasions Mount Nelson has the splendid Presidential Suite, boasting a marble entrance hall and private balcony. For couples and honeymooners the pretty Garden Cottage Suites, converted from a row of historic homes, provide the perfect romantic hideaway. Great views are guaranteed — from Table Mountain to the lush gardens that form a green oasis near the city centre.

The property General Manager has sole discretion as to whether an additional person shall be permitted to share a room.
0 to 2 years of age (Baby)
ONE cot can be placed in any room category, free of charge. The baby will be entitled to baby amenities and breakfast served in the Restaurant. Cots are subject to availability.
3 to 12 years of age (Child)
ONE extra bed can be placed in a room, from a Deluxe Room category upwards (excluding Deluxe Suite and Garden Cottage) for an additional R375 per night. The child will be entitled to breakfast, served in the restaurant. Extra beds are subject to availability.
13 years and over (Adult)
ONE extra bed can be placed in a room, from a Deluxe Room category upwards (excluding Deluxe Suite and Garden Cottage) for an additional R750 per night The additional person sharing will be entitled to breakfast, served in the restaurant. Extra beds are subject to availability.
Kindly note that accommodation is limited to a maximum of three persons in a room. There are a limited number of extra beds and cots available.
A complimentary transfer is available for trips within a 10 km radius of the hotel between 9 am and 9 pm daily — ideal for visiting the V&A Waterfront or heading to the Cape Town International Convention Centre.
