The price quoted on the confirmation was incorrect. At the hotel we were advised that the rate we had did not have breakfast included even though our booking order did say it was. Staff at hotel said they had informed you that the rate were wrong but your office did not email to let me know.

Think it was helpful, but I think some of the lodges on the site should be closely screened. For instance I think I should have been told that Boo Kaap Lodge was in a high density area and a cape Malay quarter where a black African person could be a bit uncomfortable. I was not free in the area my whole vacation. As some one coming in from the outside of RSA I think you could have been a bit more sensitive. I think you overlooked this.............

One problem was the email communication from the team dealing with our booking. They were always set around a generic template which made things quite confusing. I would have preferred a more personalised response.

I really enjoyed my stay at the accommodation. People like Jason and Jiles really made my day and assisted me well with the places around. Thanks a million. However, I would also like to highlight that the Long Street area is not safe especially in the morning when you are alone. I was mugged outside the accommodation the morning I was scheduled to go back home. It seemed that I was waiting for nothing even though the accommodation has arranged an airport transfer that morning. I lost my phone and all my money. I was lucky the police there was kind enough and sent me to the airport and we managed to catch my 8.35am flight. The experience was horrible. My suggestion to all accommodation provider - never let your guest waiting outside especially when they know the guest is traveling alone. Also, to ensure that the airport transfer really honor their time and not let anyone waiting just because of their time mismanagement. I thank God I'm still alive!
