Whale Watching Tour to Hermanus


Duration: 9 hour(s) - Location: Hermanus

Between July and November each year, Southern Right Whales come close in shore to Walker Bay to calve and nurse their young.

Your experienced and accredited tour guide will collect you in an air-conditioned vehicle. On this day tour we go in search of these majestic creatures.From Cape Town, the tour usually follows the False Bay coastline through the beautiful seaside towns of the Strand, Gordon’s Bay, Betty’s Bay and Kleinmond en route to the pristine Walker Bay area.
We also stop to stretch our legs and view the magnificent flora at the Harold Porter Botanical Gardens. 

Itinerary

Our tour departs at 08h30 and we travel in an easterly direction from the city.

We stop for lunch (for own account) in Hermanus at one of the many great restaurants in town.

We return to Cape Town on the inland route via the scenic Sir Lowry's pass arriving back in the city around 17h00
