Volunteering Adventures: Monkey Land Project
This project is situated in Plettenberg Bay along the Garden Route and it is the world`s first sanctuary where multi-specie primates are free roaming. This sanctuary consists of a 12 hectares indigenous forest environment which houses over 300 primates.

Volunteer duties can include the following:
- Sharing information with visitors
- Working in the curios shop
- Tour guiding
- Public relations and marketing
-Â Information Technology
-Â Photography and filming for documentaries
- Assisting with fundraising
- General maintenance and cleaning
- Assistance with meals
- Planting of trees
Participant guidelines
Price Includes:
- Free transport from airport on commencement day to Backpackers Lodge in Cape Town
- 3 day tour of the Western Cape
- BAZBUS transfer to Plettenberg Bay  to project (approx 8 hours) and back to Cape Town - Transfer to airport on final day
- All accommodation
- Food allowance
- Welcome supper and orientation
Excludes:
- All flights, luxuries, laundry, and extra food
