From the N1 

Follow the City Waterfront signs on the N1 through until you reach the traffic lights after the Cape Town International Convention Centre (Waterfront turn-off)

Keep on going straight into Buitengracht Street

Turn left at the 3rd traffic light into Strand Street

The Tulip Hotel & Conference Centre is on the first corner, on your right hand side

From the N2 

From the airport follow the signs to to Cape Town / Waterfront

Take the Strand Street off ramp

Stay on Strand Street

Turn left at the 8th traffic light

As you turn, the Tulip Hotel & Conference Centre is on the right hand side of Bree Street
