Exclusively for the use of guests and their friends, the facilities include a spacious moroccan style steam room, traditional swedish sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation area, outdoor swimming pool. We can also arrange in-room massages including deep tissue, thai and therapeutic from one of our male masseuses.
The Glen's partnership with the nearby Virgin Active health club gives you all the extra facilities you need. An olympic indoor swimming pool, sauna, spa, exercise studio, and gym. Plus you can also book a personal trainer.
If you prefer to run in the fresh air of a traffic-free environment, there are miles of jogging trails along the sea front and the many beaches. The concierge can give you maps and directions.
Or you can stay right where you are, and The Glen will bring the beauty and relaxation specialists to you. The Glen keep a register of trusted professionals who can offer a range of therapies in your room, including a massage to ease away the stresses of city life and international travel. The register includes numerous beauty therapists who offer a wide range of treatments from facials to nail treatments. Tell The Glen what you want, and they'll find you a qualified therapist.

Any requests for a late departure would be subject to availability and may be subject to a late departure fee of 50 % of the applicable rate. Late departures after 14H00 are subject to a charge of one night’s accommodation.

Apartment guests will enjoy exclusive use of the beautiful private pool and terrace facilities as well as the facilities of the Glen Boutique Hotel including pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi just 2 minutes away by car.
- 100% cancellation will be charged for guaranteed reservations that fail to arrive (no-show).
- Bookings cancelled 8 - 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- Bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged 100% cancellation.
- 5 % cancellation will be charged for guaranteed reservations that are cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival. An additional ZAR 300.00 administration fee applies.
- Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms.
- In the event of premature departure the full extent of stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
- Whilst every effort is made to ensure you receive the specific room requested, this cannot always be guaranteed.
