Underground, secure parking can be arranged at Cape Quarter or at De Waterkant Village at an additional cost.
Both these parking areas are centrally located and within walking distance to the restaurants, activities and attractions.
Pool
Enjoy leisurely hours next to the pool, on the terrace overlooking the village, situated at De Waterkant House within walking distance.

Village Café
Situated on the corner of Napier and Waterkant Street, this quaint, street-side cafe offers delicious homemade and healthy meals. Over the years it has become part of the hub of the Village, and no one should miss their scrumptious light meals and sandwiches.

The Charles is regretfully unable to accommodate more than 2 persons per room or children under the age of 12 years.
- In the event of a cancellation within 30 - 14 days of the confirmed arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- In the event of a "no-show" or cancellation less than 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Please note that the cancellation must be made in writing.
- Any refunds processed for Peak Season and special event dates will be subject to an Administration Fee.
