Sugar Hotel is seriously cool, luxurious and spacious and boasts an array of services not often found in a hotel this intimate and discreet. Contemporary, natural finishes in grays, blacks and silvers have been used throughout the hotel with vibrant splashes of red, blue and green to give it a sexy yet pleasing look and feel.
The uniqueness of the design and layout has in no way compromised its luxuriousness and comfort, with special attention having been given to guest convenience and practicality.
Guests can use the outdoor swimming pool and the 2-room Wellness Centre which offers a variety of relaxing and therapeutic treatments.

The hotel include a well stocked pool bar, a restaurant, a swimming pool, two separate computer stations with printers and 24hr internet access, a small curio and wine shop, wireless internet access throughout the hotel at no cost, double glazed windows to minimize outside noise and an on-site secure parking area.
Marc’s Table, the in-house restaurant overlooking the pool, offers hearty breakfasts, light à la carte lunches and romantic dinners. Sip cognacs, after dark, in our cosy library.
The Sugar Spa is situated on the ground floor of the hotel, and two treatment rooms are available for guest to be pampered in. Sugar has a full time Skin Therapist on staff, who specialises in treatments such as Facials, Multivitamin Facial Treatments, Hot Stone Therapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Swedish Body Massage, Waxing, Standard or French Manicures and Pedicures, Luxurious Paraffin Manicures and Pedicures, Brow or Lash Tinting and much more.

Children of all ages are welcome at the hotel. Children under two years of age stay for free and the hotel will provide a cot bed when required.

Families are also welcome and the hotel accommodate families in two adjacent rooms that can be cordoned off for exclusive access.
Please note there is a minimum stay of 4 nights between 25 December - 02 January.

- A deposit of 20% will secure your reservation
- Deposits are non- refundable
- Balance of accommodation account is payable 4 weeks prior to date of arrival
- Minimum of 4 night stay over the period 25 Dec - 02 Jan
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 35 days or more prior to date of arrival = 0% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 34 to 21 days prior to date of arrival = 20% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 20 to 08 days prior to date of arrival = 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 07 to 00 days prior to date of arrival = 100% cancellation fee.
- In the event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
- Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms
