General Booking Terms
• A deposit of 20% will secure your reservation
• Deposits are non- refundable
• Balance of accommodation account is payable 4 weeks prior to date of arrival
• Minimum of 5 night stay over the period 20 Dec- 2 Jan
Cancellation Policy
FOR FIT’S (8 0r less Pax)
1. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the arrival date, 50% of the total Accommodation portion will be charged.
2. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the total Accommodation portion will be charged.
3. In event of premature departures, we will be obliged to charge for the full extent of the stay.
GROUPS (5 or more Rooms)
1. 60 Days prior to group arrival, 50% of the accommodation portion required to guarantee the reservation.
2. 30 Days prior to group arrival, the balance of the accommodation portion is required.
