Primi Royal

Primi Royal is one block back from Victoria Drive, the main road, which heads south towards Llandudno, Hout Bay, and through to Constantia. The V & A Waterfront and City Centre are about 10 to 15 minutes drive from the hotel.

It is located on the slopes of the Twelve Apostles and across from the sugar white beach. The hotel’s location is perfect as it sits on a raised level which has an overview of Camps Bay beach, Lions Head and the Atlantic Ocean.

FROM CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

• Take the N2 and then the City / Waterfront turnoff.
• Carry on straight until you come to a large set of traffic lights.
• The Cullinan Hotel will be on your left and the V&A Waterfront to your right.
• Proceed into Buitengracht Road.
• Still keeping straight you will go through a number of traffic lights following the signs to the Cableway.
• You will come to roadwork’s after which the road becomes Kloof Nek road. 
• You keep straight with this road up a steep incline till you reach the top where there will be a traffic circle.
• The cable way will be to your left but you keep straight with the road, down a winding mountain pass (Camps Bay Drive). 
• Keep going straight and eventually you will see a Shop Called Friendly Grocery on your left.
• We are about 800m from the Friendly Grocery on your right hand side, no 23 Camps Bay drive.
