Facilities
The residence has a flood lit tennis court for the use of our guests free of charge. The tennis racquets can be rented from the concierge. The sizeable swimming pool (11x6m) is solar heated, the temperature is maintained around 28ºC (82ºF). A private balcony Jacuzzi with the view of Constantiaberg mountains can be enjoyed in our Luxury suites.
Guests can enjoy a game of snooker on the pool patio, adjoining the bar & lounge area.
The hotel boasts a sizeable library of light reading material as well as DVDs. Satellite TV and digital audio channels are offered on 40inch flat screen TVs in the suites or via the projector screen in the lounge. Broadband internet connectivity with Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel.

- Deposits are non- refundable
- Balance of accommodation account is payable 4 weeks prior to date of arrival
- Minimum of 5 night stay over the period 20 Dec- 2 Jan
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival 100% of accommodation payable
- In the event of premature departure the full extent of accommodation as originally booked and confirmed will be charged
- Refunds and the waiver of the cancellation policy are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the room.
