Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

There are 2 meeting spots:
1) Penthouse On Long Backpackers (112 Long Street, Cape Town) 08.30am in the week and at 07:00 am on weekends.
Or
2) Stellenbosch Tourism Information centre (36 Market Street, Stellenbosch) 09.30am in the week and at 07:50 am on weekends.
The first person to book a tour chooses where the tour group will meet, anyone who joins that tour after will then need to meet at that place.
The minimum number of guests is 4 and the maximum is 19. However, more bikes can be arranged with adequate notice (prices of extra bikes subject to quotation).
For groups smaller than 4 people, please contact us to see if we have tours booked on the desired dates or for a revised price.
