Liziwe's Guest House
Your Host
"Hello I am Liziwe, I welcome and invite you to enjoy a truly South African urban cultural experience! We look forward to offering you our hospitality and are excited to have you in our home."
Liziwe Ngcokoto, the owner of the guest house, actually used to live in a shack on the very same plot. Together, with her husband by her side, they worked towards building their home which they then decided to extend into a welcoming Guest House.
“My husband and I have come a long way, from staying in a shack on the plot and receiving a donation of bricks from Sappi Craft where my husband has been working for 25 years. He would come home and clean bricks, and today that has paid off, we have beautiful walls and a home that we decided to turn into a Guest house, This has been a thrilling and exciting journey for us,” says Liziwe.
The sheer hardwork that Liziwe and her family have put into this business has finally paid off, they now own a beautiful Guest House that is well recognised both nationally and internationally. Liziwe has also established a restaurant at her guest house in which both the local and international market can savour the taste of traditional African cuisine. The restaurant caters for fifty people and has been well received.
