Enjoy bed and breakfast in the Farr Out guesthouse. The few minutes drive from Paternoster 'Center' to Farr Out is not what you would exactly call far. But when you arrive in this sandy bushveld wilderness, you do feel pleasingly remote. Crunching up the glinting shell pathway you can see across an indigenous garden and right out to sea. Catch the glimpse of the last manned lighthouse of South Africa situated in nearby Cape Columbine Nature Reserve or listen to the foghorn and cuddle up.

From approx end of November 2011 the guesthouse will also offer rustic but luxurious tepee accommodation (with ensuite tepee).

Early risers may just catch some of the wildlife that sneaks by when it thinks no-one's watching.
If you feel like some wind your hair, you're welcome to join Deon on a beach buggy excursion overlooking the dunes. How about a braai in a Wigwam (tepee)?
The more rainy days are also covered, we have a host of board games, including a much-loved thirty-year-old edition of German Monopoly.
Whatever you do, make sure you get a chance to spend a few minutes in the garden basket-chair before you leave. Specially imported from Germany, it shelters brilliantly from the wind and allows you to sit in peace, looking out over the dunes for an hour or ten.
Tailor-made Beach Buggy trips and outdoor wood-fired Hot Tub are an unforgettable adventure.
