Policies and Other Information
Endeavor to do our best to accommodate free of charge. It is however subjected to availability.
Children policy:
- Children of all ages are welcome
- Five of our rooms can take an extra bed and a cot. We put a proper standard single bed into these rooms when requested and/or a cot.
- One room takes an extra two standard beds and a cot.
- Children under 12 stay for free if in the same room as parents.
- Children over 12 pay R300 if they are in the parent’s room.
- If children have their own room unfortunately they pay the price for the room type they are in.

General Booking Terms
• A deposit of 20% will secure your reservation
• Deposits are non- refundable
• Balance of accommodation account is payable 4 weeks prior to date of arrival
• Minimum of 5 night stay over the period 20 Dec- 2 Jan
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation within 30 days of arrival 100% of accommodation payable
• In the event of premature departure the full extent of accommodation as originally booked and confirmed will be charged
• Refunds and the waiver of the cancellation policy are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the room.
