Originally built in 1771, the hotel has 15 individually decorated bedrooms that not only retain the charm of the past but are also equipped with the ultimate in modern comforts. The centrepiece of the hotel is the courtyard, around which six renowned and independent restaurants provide great food in a vibrant atmosphere. And this is just the beginning!

The staff and management at the Cape Heritage Hotel strive to make your stay as pleasant and stress-free as possible. With this in mind, we offer you the following services to make your holiday just that little bit easier:
Airport Transfer: As long as we have your flight details, were more than happy to collect, or drop you off. The service costs 270 rand (for the vehicle, not per person).
Breakfast: Is served in the breakfast room. In summer it is also served under the oldest grapevine in the Western Cape, and in winter next to the fireplace in the lounge. It can be served whenever you like.
Car Hire: We can help organize car hire for you; either in advance or when you get here.
Gym: A personal trainer operates from a small gym in Heritage Square. She is available for hourly hire. There is also a major gym about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We have tickets available and they cost 40 rand.
Massage: We have a wonderful (male) masseuse right here in Heritage Square. It's heavenly! Cost is 300 rand per hour.
Parking: There is an open air car park with 24-hour security in Riebeck Square, opposite the hotel. The cost is 25 rand per day, unlimited access.

We will wherever possible allow guests to check in early or depart late at no extra charge.

3rd person sharing under 12 is free. If over 12, R75 is added for breakfast.

General Booking Terms
• A deposit of 20% will secure your reservation
• Deposits are non- refundable
• Balance of accommodation account is payable 4 weeks prior to date of arrival
• Minimum of 5 night stay over the period 20 Dec- 2 Jan
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation within 21 days of arrival 50% of accommodation payable
• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival full accommodation payable
• In the event of premature departure the full extent of accommodation as originally booked and confirmed will be charged
• Refunds and the waiver of the cancellation policy are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the room.
