Parking
Limited parking is available by arrangement at the resort at an additional charge. Secure parking is also available at the Promenade Shopping Centre within walking distance to the Resort.
Pools
The Resort has a pool deck with two pools.
Breakfast
A delicious breakfast at Primi Piatti is included for guests staying in rooms, studios and one bedroom apartments. Breakfast is served from 07:30 am to 12:00 pm.
Internet
The reception area is equipped with a laptop where guests can make use of Internet facilities at an additional charge. All rooms have wireless Internet access.
The resort is currently upgrading our Wi-fi coverage to include all apartments and studios, currently guests in these classifications only have access to the Internet via Ethernet connection.
Exclusive arrangements especially made for guests of Camps Bay Resort. The concierge at front desk can assist you with bookings.
By Special Arrangement: Guests have access to Camps Bay Tennis and Squash clubs; spa, restaurants and bars at Camps Bay Retreat and The Bay Hotel and exclusive membership to Sandy B Private Beach Club at The Bay Hotel.
Beach Club membership
Sandy B is the private beach club of The Bay Hotel. Overlooking the popular Camps Bay Beach, it is provides an incomparable vantage point from which to enjoy the magnificent sunset.
Spa
Guests have a choice of Mint Wellness spa, either at Camps Bay Retreat or at The Bay Hotel. Boasting internationally qualified therapists, the spa offer treatments ranging from massages to day packages, for a full day of pampering. Spoil yourself from top to toe and emerge radiant, refreshed and relaxed.
Camps Bay Squash Club
The Camps Bay Squash Club is situated next to The Bay Hotel and has 4 courts.
Camps Bay Tennis Club
Situated behind The Bay Hotel, the lively and active tennis club is famously known for having one of the best teams in the country. The club has 5 hard surface courts. Resident tennis coach, Mark Mansfield, will assist with coaching or with arranging tennis partners.

Should the maximum number of guests exceed the apartment configuration upon arrival, additional accommodation will be reserved and charged, subject to availability.
- In the event of a cancellation within 30 - 14 days of the confirmed arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- In the event of a "no-show" or cancellation less than 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Any refunds processed for Peak Season and special event dates will be subject to an Administration Fee.
